We could drink this coffee all day and night - literally. Naturally decaffeinated by Swiss Water Decaf, we designed a versatile roast to taste fantastic as your afternoon drip or evening espresso. But don't blame us if you can't tell that it's decaf.
We will consistently carefully roast this coffee to have that smooth and aromatic profile. The coffees that make up this blend will change as we always roast coffee that is fresh from harvest, for maximum flavour. This coffee is grown at Finca La Alambradas in the El Progreso region of the Department of Guatemala. This coffee is a blend of four different varieties. Two of which, Catimor and Sarchimor, are hybrid varieties with Robusta lineage making them resistant to disease. This is an important consideration for producers who are looking for long term solutions for sustainable farming, and we are seeing more and more of these types of varieties in recent years. This coffee has been processed through Swiss Water decaf which maintains all of the origin flavour and quality, providing a delicious decaffeinated alternative for coffee drinkers. This particular coffee is roasted to taste great brewed as espresso or filter coffee with sweet brown sugar and chocolate notes.
